Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be in the original packaging (if applicable)
• Not be marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

For hygiene reasons, underwear and briefs cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene seal has been removed, unless the item is faulty.

How to Return

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different size or colour within 30 days. Email us your order number and desired exchange item. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund the balance accordingly. All exchanges ship free.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the fault. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs, regardless of how long ago you purchased the item.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on business days are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

International Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand and select Southeast Asian countries. International shipping rates and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable in their country. ActiveForm Women does not have control over these charges.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Use the link in your email or visit the AusPost tracking website to monitor your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking first. If there has been no update for 5+ business days, contact us at support@activeformwomen.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

Sustainability Policy

At ActiveForm Women, we believe that making women feel amazing shouldn't come at the cost of our planet. Sustainability is embedded in every aspect of our business — from how we source materials to how we ship orders.

Our Commitments

• Recycled Fabrics: 78% of our fabrics are made from recycled nylon and polyester — redirecting waste from landfill and ocean.
• Eco Packaging: All packaging is 100% recycled and compostable. We're eliminating plastic packaging by end of 2026.
• Carbon-Offset Shipping: We partner with AusPost's carbon neutral shipping program on all domestic orders.
• Ethical Manufacturing: All manufacturing partners are certified for fair wages and safe working conditions.
