How do I place an order? +
Browse our collection at activeformwomen.com/products, select your style, choose your size and colour, and add to cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and you're done! You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

Can I modify or cancel my order? +
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, orders enter our fulfilment system and cannot be changed. Please email support@activeformwomen.com immediately if you need to make changes.

How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with your consignment number. You can track your package using the link provided or via the carrier's website directly. Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within Australia.

What if I received the wrong item? +
We apologise for any mix-up! Please email us at support@activeformwomen.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item immediately and arrange a free pickup of the incorrect one.

Yes! Select "Gift Wrap" at checkout for $5 AUD. We'll package your order in premium tissue paper with a personalised handwritten note. Perfect for birthdays, Christmas, and any occasion.

Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75 AUD. Orders under $75 are charged at a flat rate of $9.95 AUD. Express shipping is available for $14.95 AUD on all orders.

Delivery times within Australia:
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Express shipping: 1–2 business days
Same-day dispatch if ordered before 12pm AEST (Mon–Fri)
Remote area deliveries may take 1–3 additional days

Do you ship internationally? +
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, and select countries in Southeast Asia. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do? +
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking link. If the tracking shows no update for more than 3 business days, contact us at support@activeformwomen.com and we'll investigate and resolve it for you.

What is your returns policy? +
We offer free 30-day returns on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, email us with your order number. See our full returns policy for details.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour? +
Absolutely! We're happy to exchange items within 30 days. Email us your order number and the item you'd like instead. If the new item has a price difference, we'll charge or refund accordingly. Exchanges ship free!

How long do refunds take? +
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing time may add an additional 2–5 days depending on your bank.

Generally yes, our sizes run true to standard Australian sizing. However, some high-compression styles may feel smaller initially — they are designed to feel snug and will relax slightly after a few wears. Each product page notes whether an item runs small, true, or large.

How should I wash my ActiveForm items? +
For longest garment life:
Machine wash cold (30°C) on delicate/gentle cycle
Use a mesh laundry bag to protect the fabric
Use a sports-specific, enzyme-free detergent
Do not use fabric softener — it reduces moisture-wicking
Do not tumble dry — lay flat to dry in shade

How do I remove chlorine smell from my activewear? +
After swimming or water activities, rinse your garments in cold water immediately. Soak in a solution of 1 cup white vinegar + cold water for 30 minutes before washing. This neutralises chlorine and eliminates odour without damaging the fabric.
